  1. Khela fee revealed

Darragh let it slip how much Posh paid Birmingham for midfielder Brandon Khela, saying it's the most comfortable he has been spending £500,000.

He is already very excited about the former Bradford loanee, saying that the manager Darren Ferguson needs calming down when talking about the 20-year-old starlet.

The excitement behind the scenes was clear from Darragh’s response when pushed by the UpThePoshcast hosts.

  1. Mills and Collins signing up? A tale of two players

Darragh appeared hopeful on Harley Mills and Archie Collins signing new deals and staying.

He rates Mills as 90% staying and says he “knows he’s the main man.”

However, Darragh says it's 70% that Collins does not sign, and is trying to get the midfielder to ignore his agent.

If a ‘seven-figure’ bid is received this summer, the player will move on, with the club learning from the mistakes of previous windows.

  1. More new arrivals?

Darragh wants three new players, but he said the manager only wants two.

He agreed when asked that centre half is clearly the priority, “but we are not going to over-pay and they have to be the right one.”

Darragh was coy on the Connor Taylor rumours, and was keen to stress that he did not want to disrespect his current club, Bristol Rovers.

He re-confirmed that Posh have not bid “recently” for the standout defender. Darragh confirmed bids are going in for other centre halves, from a list of 10.
